« Respire » will help you diminish your daily stress level by simply doing a few mindful breathing sessions.

You need only let yourself be guided by the movements of the shape.

Practicing those breathing exercises will lead you to a state called « heart coherence », whose many health-positive effects are recognized.

Research shows that three sessions per day give the maximum benefit. « Respire » allows you to program reminders for these sessions throughout your day and week. It’s a good reminder to take care of yourself!
